Milan first encountered industrial real estate while studying law at Masaryk University in Brno, and never moved on. In 2011 he founded Accolade, which has since grown into one of Europe's leading investors in modern industrial parks. He leads the group's overall strategy and direction, and is a 50% shareholder of Accolade Holding, a.s.
