Lukáš Répal

Lukáš joined Accolade in 2016 to establish the company’s Asset Management function and launch its operations in the Polish market. He brought extensive experience in commercial real estate, including management roles at Emaar, the UAE’s largest real estate developer, where he was involved in the management of Dubai Mall. Since becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2019, Lukáš has been responsible for the group’s operational and strategic leadership, driving business growth, investment activities, and the development of the company’s corporate functions. He also leads Accolade’s international expansion, ensuring that growth across markets is supported by scalable processes, strong governance, and operational excellence.
